This is a super friendly and safe, quiet neighborhood, with the best neighbours you could ask for. Near HyVee & Wells Fargo in Urbandale (86th & Douglas area).
 

What I love about the home

I love the shade trees, the neighbourhood, and the huge backyard. It was perfect for us, especially when our kids were little; perfect for entertaining on the large back deck; perfect huge kitchen for preparing wonderful holiday meals. This home has been well loved and well cared for.
