Beautiful Country Style Home ready for a family who wants lots of room to play and run. Wonderful neighbors and neighborhood. Great city. 45 minutes away from Zion National Park. Biking and hiking trails close by. We have a large pond with turtles and fish. The shop is as big as a barn. Large fiberglass pool, which is fenced in. Laundry drop in Master Bedroom. Quiet and well insulated. It is a great home with a great spirit. Mature shade trees, and a cold storage room down stairs. There are two solariums to take advantage of solar heating. Low utility bills. Chimney is in p-lace and useable, if you wanted to hook up a wood burning stove. Gas log fireplace in Master Bedroom. Open living room and kitchen. Great schools. We are located about 5 miles out side of St. George, Utah; but we are in Washington Fields. Very mild weather. The pool can be used May-Sept. We seldom get snow, and have very mild winters. Access to hospital and shopping is only 10 minutes away. 

What I love about the home

Our home is unique. The color and design work are unique to this subdivision. People love staying at our home because our house is so quiet, Large lawns with lots of shade from mature trees. Very nice neighbors and neighborhood. Great schools. The Elementary is only 5 minutes away. We are located 30-40 minutes from Zion's National Park, Bryce Canyon, and Cedar City. This is the perfect home to raise a family in. There is a lot of open space, a huge barn/workshop, RV parking and dump, pond with turtles and fish, and a large pool. Our utility bills are very low because the home is well insulated, and on Dixie Power. Natural gas stove, dryer, heating and cooling. Living in Washington Fields affords people access to many outdoor activities, and recreation. Quail Creek and Sand Hollow are located within 20 minutes of this address, where there is boating, swimming, and water skiing. In Southern Utah you can recreate year round, with mild winters and beautiful weather. This home has been taken good care of.
