Multi-family home, side by side units each with its own separate basement. Huge corner lot. Furnance, electric and plumbing have all been updated since 2005. Total monthly rental income = $1,475 ($650/$825). Tenants have been in place since 2008 and 2007 respectively and both want to stay long term. At this purchase price, with current mortage rates, you could generate $600/month in positive cash flow immediately. While tentants want to stay long term, landlord has leases currently on month to month terms so you can terminate the leases with 30 days notice, allowing you to move in one side while the other pays your mortgage.

What I love about the home

Corner lot, close proximity to hospitals, schools and Downtown Cleveland. Neighborhood full of families. Rental property that it is in great shape and generates significant positive cash flow. Low maintenance/long term tenants that consistently pay rent on time.
