Spacious two story townhome with finished basement, vaulted ceilings, large master suite with loft, walk-in closet, two car attached garage, hardwood floors. Excellent family neighborhood, close to all amenities, transportation, shopping, and less than a block from Tollgate Elementary. Mature trees provide privacy while high windows allow plenty of natural light. Recently updated basement bar/family room which can also serve as a large bedroom or separate living space. Deck refinished in August 2014, Lighting fixtures replaced throughout.

What I love about the home

I love the high ceilings and ceiling height windows in the living room. They allow for plenty of natural light! The HOA maintains the property very well and the neighbors are all courteous. A safe neighborhood for the kids to play and animal friendly/responsible neighbors.
