Where's the Zestimate?

County transactional data for this home is insufficient so we cannot calculate a Zestimate. We are adding data all the time, so be sure to come back.

Tax Assessor's Value

Depending on the jurisdiction where you live, this value could be the tax assessed, tax appraised, or market assessed value. This value comes from the taxing authority of the city, county or state where you live; this is not Zillow's value.

Note: Tax assessor's values differ from Zillow's Zestimate, which is computed by entering numerous data points into a proprietary formula, often resulting in a more accurate value estimate.

My Notes

Edit
This Mt. Vernon apartment has tons of character and historic charm with modern touches. The living space has hardwood floors, exposed brick, an updated kitchen, dining room, and very large living room. On the upper level, find a large master bedroom with master bath and one small bedroom. Located across from University of Maryland Medical Center, close the Light Rail, restaurants, and shops

What I love about the home

This home is zoned commercial and residential. The block is revived by newly renovated storefronts and thriving shops.Very economic and great for anyone who has or is starting up a small business. It includes several customized features that were done during renovations in late 1990's thru 2010. Very unique assorted wood floors, etc. throughout house and natural brick walls. There is a private outdoor side area for landscaping. It is located in the historic Mt. Vernon cultural and art district and within walking distance to most of your cultural institutions such as the Myerhoff Symphony Hall, Lyric theatre, Mt. Royal corridor, MICA, Washington Square, Baltimore School for the Arts, Walter's Art Gallery,Peabody Institute, and much more.

Market guide

Zillow predicts Mount Vernon home values will rise 1.6% next year, compared to a 0.2% decrease for Baltimore as a whole.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Mount Vernon, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 4.4% greater than in Baltimore, and 192.4% higher than the national average. This higher local number may prevent Mount Vernon home values from rising as quickly as other regions in Baltimore.
