Thank you for your interest in Westmont Place Townhomes. This is just a wonderful place to live! Westmont Place is an adorable neighborhood located on the upper west side of Santa Cruz and right at the base of The University of California, Santa Cruz. The townhomes are just beautiful and look like something straight out of a Charles Dickens Novel! The townhomes all have an attached 2 car garage, granite counter tops, dishwasher, a window above your stainless steel kitchen sink, microwave, full size stackable inside washer dryer, beautiful huge bay windows, 9ft ceilings, maple cabinets and the list goes on and on. We have a beautiful sparkling pool and we are just one mile from "Steamer Lane" , which is one of the most famous surfing spots in the world! Right across the street is University Terrace Park, with a Playground for the kids, Tennis and Basket Ball Courts and even an Off Leash Dog Park! We offer three floor plans, a 2x1 middle unit, a 2x1 end unit and a 2x2. The Townhomes all have an attached 2 car garage on the first level which is not included in the square footage. The 2x1 ranges in price from $2375 to $2475 depending on whether it is an end unit or a middle unit and upgrades. The 2x2 ranges from $2575 to $2675 depending upon location and availability and upgrades.
