The bathrooms have their original vintage charm with one bath in each unit opening to both hallway and the master bedroom. Two additional bedrooms and a second full bath with separate stall shower and tub complete these units.The large garage has space for 2 cars side-by-side. The driveway provides additional parking. The back of the garage is large enough for expansion potential and leads out to the level yard with center concrete patio.The building was subject to an Ellis Act eviction. At the time of the Ellis Act filing the upper unit was occupied and the lower unit was vacant.
