Cooper is your link between the shopping districts of 3rd Ave and the entertainment found on Flagler Ave. And, if you follow 2nd Ave east, you?ll run into the ocean, with the added convenience of both a pedestrian ramp & vehicle access ramp available right there! What I love about the home
