Center entrance colonial built in 1947, interior completely renovated 2010/11. New kitchen with granite countertops and new cherry finished cabinets. New glass tile walls and granite floor with glass tile inlay in 1/2 bath. New shower/bath surround in full bath, bath also features a new heated tile floor and glass subway tile wall feature.Hardwood floors refinished through out home.
New stamped concrete drive, walks, and backyard patio. New concrete garage floor. 50 amp electrical sub panel in garage. New Garage doors with openers October 2011.
New Roof, Energy efficient windows(both 2010) and 95% efficiency boiler. Fenced backyard with seperately fenced inground 32'x16' pool. Entire concrete pool apron was replaced and an additional 320 sqft pool side concrete patio installed March 2012. Exterior of home professionally painted and all white trim wrapped in aluminum June 2012. New vinyl privacy fence installed around entire backyard with pool and poolside patio seperately fenced 2012.
6.4KW solar panel array installed May 2013. New 160 sqft. mud room addition added summer 2013. 2-1/2 ton central air conditioning added August 2013.
