It is a lovely well established neighborhood. We are only about 4-5 blocks from the Red River of the North, yet it is the highest point in the area. We have never been flooded even with our close proximity to the river. Most of the homes were built in 1950-1959. Very well built and most with hardwood floors. These are all single family homes with very well kept lawns.
