Beautiful Studio Condo in Historic 1922 Barcelona Building in the Heart of Pasadena.This property reflects the era of its time with the Spanish Baroque Architecture, As you enter the lobby it looks like a luxury Hotel from the past with a Check -in -Desk. Lobby also features a waiting library area. This is a first floor end unit. It has been completely repainted and has nice wood floors. There is a basement where the laundry is located. This would be an ideal unit for a student attending PCC or for investments purposes. There is no assigned parking for this unit.
