Live in Historic Landmark on the National Registry. Picture yourself pulling into The Barcelona Hotel in the early 1920's, enter and the check-in desk will be to your right, the formal Salon to your left, and stairs to the cage elevator are straight ahead. All still intact, there are very few Historic Hotels that are now condos, this is one of them. What better location than the Pasadena Playhouse District. This is a top floor Penthouse unit, with no common walls. One of the few units that is still in its original state.
