Great floor plan with large bedroom and bathroom en suite and walk-in closet. Glass paned doors open into an extra room that could be used as an office, den or guest bedroom. Very spacious living room/dining area with a cozy fireplace, wood floors and doors leading out to the balcony, a perfect place to set up a barbecue. Kitchen has granite counters, gas stove, built-in microwave and trash compactor. A half bath and laundry closet, with stack washer and dryer, are right off the entry. Custom lighting.

What I love about the home

Den could be used as an office/guest room. Discovery offers 24 hour security, concierge, 10th floor fitness center w/ cardio and weight rooms, sauna, steam room, men's and women's locker rooms, large pool and spa area with BBQs, lounge chairs, table seating. Business center on 2nd floor and underground garage with bicycle storage room. Discovery at Cortez Hill is located in the Special "F" permit parking zone. Purchase permit for $14.00 which allows extended street parking.
