What I love about the home

Location, Location, Location! No need to drive anywhere. You can walk to Movies, restaurants, Vons Grocery, Rite Aid, Barber Shops & Salons... You name it. The Bike Path is right out the back door, which takes you all the way to Seal Beach. Also, due to Beachfront location, low utilities and almost no need for Air Conditioning, other than uniquely hot days. The HOA also includes your Verizon Fios Internet, as well as Cable Television Services. The 24 hour Concierge/Security/Maintenance is also great. This is truly "Beach Living", with everything you would want to do right out the back door....and, you actually have plenty of Parking for yourself (2 full size spaces w/storage) as well as a large number of visitors. There are at least 40 Guest spaces in the underground secured Building! So, entertaining your friends/family is easy and convenient at this Home.. Especially with all of the Beach amenties, Pool, Grills, Firepit, Change and shower area as you come in from Beach, etc....
