Exterior Features: A big 2 story house with vinyl siding that is in good condition. The asphalt shingle roof is okay over the main part of the house, but is starting to leak on the back side. The whole back deck roof has fallen off. There is a huge back deck. There is hole in the floor of the back deck. There is a 3 car detached garage with a 1 car and a 2 car overhead door and a walk through door. The garage has a concrete floor and is in very good condition. The property is landscaped very well. The house is setup very nice as a duplex, but could be used as a single family very easily. Interior Features: The unit on the right has 2 big bedrooms up and a small bedroom down. The kitchen has laminate floors and the cabinets are a little dated, but in good condition. The one full bathroom is on the first floor and is a little dated, but functional. Most of the rooms have carpet that is in fair condition. The unit on the right has 2 huge bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom on both floors. Most of the floors are nicely finished hardwood. The kitchen has wood floors, a built in dishwasher, and newer cabinets. The bathrooms are fully funcitional and in good condition. There is a huge wall in closet off of the master bedroom. There is an additional walk through bedroom or office and built in storage across from the bathroom. The carpet in this area is slightly worn. Overall the whole house is in good condition. All of the walls and ceilings are in good shape, except for the one leak has caused the ceiling paint to start to peel. There is a full basement with 2 hot water heaters.
