Seeking someone who lives Organically, who can honor and respect our chemical sensitives! We cannot jeopardize our health for anyone!Absolutely no toxic TOILETRIES, CLEANING PRODUCTS or LAUNDRY DETERGENTS. We are looking for someone who either, 1) "preferably" does their laundry organically with clean health food store products, otherwise 2) someone who uses a small amount of a mild, unscented detergent that we do not react to, in which case you do your laundry off premises. Partially furnished or unfurnished room, approx. 110 sq. ft, in a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Easy access to 101 & 23 fwys, close to CLU, Wildwood Park, shops (including 2 large malls), laundry. Beach is 30 minutes. Renter shares bathroom with other roomer plus any guests.Seeking English speaking only, clean, responsible, mature, cooperative and respectful professional or student. No Pets, no smoking, light drinking ok. Kitchen privileges may be available upon discussion. Refrigerator is available in the room. Microwave upon request. PARKING: on streetINCLUDED: Utilities, wireless Internet, carpets, drapes, ceiling fan, refrigerator, microwave. Cable is optional. Backyard and covered patio usage. We do not supply any sheets or linen.FURNISHINGS: upon availability (please check with us)BATHROOM: Full Hall Bath is shared with another renter plus guests.
