What I love about the home

Incredible ROSEMARY BEACH neighborhood with restaurants, shops, spa and salon, swimming pools, and the beach all within an easy stroll from our house! Unique architecture, gas lanterns, floor to ceiling windows, beautiful courtyard, and the antique reclaimed hardwood floors. The Carriage House is wonderfully private for our guests with its own entrance, living room, kitchen, loft bedroom, bunkbeds, and outdoor shower.
