This unit is has an interior hallway and is located just around the corner from one of the two pools, the fitness center and the business center. You'll get lots of light in the morning through the kitchen blinds that will radiate throughout the condo. Open the front door to a main living area connected to the kitchen where you can entertain the night away. A separate doorway takes you to a nice size master complete with a large full size bath and HUGE walk in closet! Don't forget to check out your private patio that you can fit a nice lounge chair or a small bistro table. This unit had the A/C replaced 1.5 years ago.Taxes are Super Low at $328 !!HOA is only $192.81 and includes 2 pools, a fitness center, business center, water, sewer, trash and building maintenance. A few things to remember - This unit is East Facing and gets lots of morning light, its NOT on the railroad tracks, its NOT facing one of the courtyard pools, its NOT directly on Orange Ave, it IS very quiet and about 30 steps to the covered parking garage and your assigned space.
