Economy creates incredible bargain on this property. If you are not familar with Heritage Oaks Subdivision then you should go to Google Maps and drive down Rosemont in the street view mode. This is an unbelievable neighborhood where people coming to Pensacola always tell me then want to live until they see the price of homes there. Finally, due to the current market downturn, there is a magnificient home, custom built for the previous owner and currently owned by a bank, that is on the market for under $100 per square foot. If you are familiar with this market you have probably stopped reading and are trying to find a way to call me (850-377-1888). If you are NOT familiar with how great a deal this is then use your investigative skills and TRY to find another house on the market at under $100 per square foot that will inspire people as they pull up in front of it. This house "moves" people in its beauty. Magnificient oaks, Spanish Moss, incredible "lines" first attract your attention and then the architecture makes you stop and just stare at the beauty and character of this home. It's a show stopper located in a neighborhood of homes in which you would be proud to live and call home. This is a rare, one time opportunity, to buy this much home, in this neighborhood for an incredible price. If you ever wanted to have guests gushing about your home the minute they stepped in the front door then get this one before it costs you $200,000 more to get one like it after this one is gone.
