What I love about the home

We were welcomed with open arms when we moved in 6 years ago and love that we are so close to freeway accesses in all directions. We also love living so close to downtown Salt Lake and that there is a beautiful park within walking distance from our home. Will probably rent out our house, but if the right offer came along, we would consider selling. Moving South to be closer to family, friends and work. Large yard with a shed, finished basement has two bedrooms, one large room, stubbed out for 2nd kitchen, a pantry, laundry room, furnace room, and full bath with jetted tub. Elderly neighbors that have lived in their houses since the 50's. New young couples updating and renovating houses. Wonderful, safe neighborhood where everyone knows each other and takes care of each other!
