An incredibly well cared for home. The hardwood floors have been refinished, the walls painted, and the original gum woodwork oiled. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets, a sunroom, updated split bath, a remodeled kitchen (with permits). Beveled glass doors lead from the entryway to a huge living room with fireplace and bay windows and also to a big dining room. Downstairs is a 3 room in-law setup (approx 500sf not included in sq footage) with a kitchen and a full bath (no permits). Garage has room for 1 car plus storage. Only 1/2 block to GG Park
