First time ever, this one owner home is available for a new family. This was custom built and you will feel the love from the moment you pull in the driveway. This ranch offers three large bedrooms on the first floor. The master suite offers a large walk-in closet and the newly remodeled bathroom. The home has all new water lines throughout. The great room is just that, GREAT! Room for everything with the fireplace in the center with bookcases, vaulted ceilings, palladium window in the front . The formal living room is currently being used as a dining room . The large open kitchen has a ton of counter space, Oak cabinets, Breakfast bar, Planning desk, eat-in area. Nice deck off the back for coffee or grilling. The attached garage is in the rear of the home with a side entry. Great area for a basketball game while cooking out. The basement is setup as in-law suite with a Family room, Dining area or Billiard area with bookcases, a second eat-in kitchenette that has a gas stove, sink and cabinets. The room that was used as a bedroom is nonconforming and does not meet ANSI standards to be called a bedroom. There is a full bathroom and a workshop in the unfinished area.
