Fawn Ridge is a deed restricted, suburban, residential community of 667 single-family homes located in the Citrus Park area of Hillsborough County, in Tampa, Florida. The attractively landscaped entrance to Fawn Ridge provides the only access and eliminates any cut-through traffic. Our subdivision is within walking distance to one of the area's nicest regional malls, Westfield Shoppingtown at Citrus Park, while still enjoying the peaceful seclusion of a country estate. The winding entrance, which is well landscaped and maintained, provides a buffer from the conveniences of everyday living that are just moments away. Continuous Sidewalks and an abundance of trees make Fawn Ridge a family oriented community very well suited to walking, biking and many other activities.
Natural Cypress Wetlands have been preserved and there are several community ponds that provide a peaceful and environmentally sensitive layout. Many of our residences are on conservation lots, for beautiful natural views. Fawn Ridge has recently added an attractive fountain to the pond near the center of the subdivision that gives our homeowners a destination on their walks, a quiet place to contemplate and a shady place to socialize with their neighbors. It also provides enormous environmental benefits for the local wildlife through increased aeration and circulation. Recent enhancements to this area include benches, a picnic table and wildlife signs. Fawn Ridge boasts a small county park, complete with lighted tennis courts, a pavilion with picnic tables, a playground, a baseball field and basketball court, along with restroom and parking facilities. This is the perfect area for birthday parties, fun afternoons with the kids and is the site of our annual Spring Picnic.
Fawn Ridge is very centrally located 5 minutes to most conveneiences including Citrus Park Town Center, the Veterans Expressway grocery stores and more.
