Here is a great buy in South Venice. This bank owned home needs some TLC but what a buy. Nice private area with larger homes around it. Interesting floor plan with front porch and room behind kitchen that could be a Florida Room or Dining Area and enjoyable screened porch on the rear. There is a detached shed also. The carport is a lean to structure on the side of the home. 2nd bath has commode and tub/shower but no sink. This home is not far from the intercoastal waterway and beaches. There is a community boat ramp for those who want water access.
