Parma Hts. updated Ranch with a separate driveway (only a few have separate driveways on street). This has 1 car attached garage with a new door. There is a pull down attic for storage and a workshop off back of garage. The roof is less then 1 years old (complete tear off). Newer hot water tank, windows, electrical, kitchen counters, updated bath, interior painted all within the last year. There is a partial fenced yard and patio out back.

What I love about the home

Very quiet and SAFE neighborhood. Walking distance to The Shoppes of Parma Close to parks, playgrounds, pools, tennis courts, Library. City services are amazing ! Free sidewalk snow removal all winter, free trash/recycle pick up, free sewer maintenance. Police/Fire/Hospitals less than 1 mi from home. Schools are the BEST ! Very close to Tri-C campus also.
