My Notes

Edit
On a shady, picturesque block, this two story on family home features polished wood floors, exposed wood moldings and doors, a renovated kitchen with new cabinets, counters and appliances, renovated bathroom, a spacious foyer, living room, dining room, three bedrooms on the top floor, ceiling fans, lots of closets, bright sunny windows, a finished basement with bathroom, updated boiler and hot water heater and a driveway. The area is low-rise, made up of single- and multifamily homes with a smattering of apartment buildings. The northern part has larger houses, many of them fine examples of Queen Anne Victorian architecture, adorned with gables and inviting verandas.Richmond Hill is well served by the subway system, which has elevated lines running along two avenues. The J trains along Jamaica Avenue and the A train has a branch that runs along Liberty Avenue. Residents also can take a bus to the nearest Long Island Rail Road stop in Kew Gardens; the trip to Penn Station in Manhattan takes 17 minutes.Residents of northern Richmond Hill have easy access to Forest Park, which has a golf course, a horseback-riding school and equestrian path, a historic carousel, playgrounds, ball fields and trails for hiking and running.Call Shawn at 347 520 1400 to arrange a viewing of this lovely home.  More Less
