Neighborhood Description
Ponderosa Ridge has a great mix of families and working professionals and retirees. It is so family friendly, with parks, places to run and walk. The schools are close, coffee shops, local pizza joint and sports bar and grill, and grocery shopping are just up the road. This is a great place to live for anyone with a busy lifestyle who wants these amenities close to home.
 

What I love about the home

I love the garden and yard. Many of the flowers and plants are edible. We have organic and all natural products on the garden and grass. Enjoy peaches, nectarines, cherries, stawberries, and blueberries. The peaches were awesome last summer. The landscaping has been our passion. The two flagstone patios are great for entertaining. The backyard is wonderful retreat on late summer afternoons, nice mix of sun in the a.m. and shade later in the day. Come see the backyard in full bloom. I love the island in the kitchen. The counter space and pantry are nice to have for a busy family. Everything in the kitchen is so accessible. There's a computer station in the kitchen too. Great for doing homework or a quick recipe search online. The house stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It is well insulated and has a great heating/air-conditioning system. The neighboorhood is friendly with a lot of kids. Parks and walking paths are nearby. Great for runners, dog owners or people who like a family style community.
