Very nice and updated ranch style home on large fenced 1/4 acre lot near the Alafia River. The home has a 1-car carport attached to the home and a large high bay 2-car carport in the fenced in backyard. There is a screened patio for outside enjoyment overlooking the backyard. The home is a traditional ranch with a dining and living room combination, a kitchen and family room or eat in area combination, and the bedrooms all in one hall way. The kitchen comes with new appliances - stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The water heater is also new. There are sliders that lead from the family room to the screened in patio. The entire interior of the home has been repainted and the carpeting is also new and neutral. The master bedroom comes with a walk in closet and a private bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The other two bedrooms share the hall bathroom that also comes with a tub and shower combination. This home is close to major roads, shopping and commercial areas, and the schools.
