      Neighborhood: Capitol Hill

Zillow predicts Capitol Hill home values will increase 4.7% next year, compared to a 2.5% rise for Denver as a whole. Among Capitol Hill homes, this home is valued 39% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 18.4% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In the Capitol Hill market, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold dropped 29.7% in the last year. The number of unsold foreclosures is 31.2% lower than in Denver, and 48.4% lower than the national average. This lower local number could help Capitol Hill home values rise more quickly than other regions in Denver.
