Neighborhood Description
The neighborhood of Highgrove is a family-friendly, social neighborhood. There are neighborhood gatherings for kids and adults alike, such as the Fall festival, the Christmas party, and Easter egg hunt. There are two walking trails, a creek, a large park to run dogs off-leash or play soccer, and a playgorund and a playground for the kids. Top schools, such as Ardrey Kell High School are just outside the neighborhood. Sidewalks on both sides of the tree-lined streets make Highgrove a wonderful walking neighborhood.

What I love about the home

We love the central location of the home in Highgrove, across the street from where kids play, and parents gather to socialize. The large front rocking-chair porch is great for relaxing and waving to the neighbors as they walk by. The large, screened in porch, accessed by two set of french doors off the living room is a great place to entertain or just read a book. The pool and yard is our favorite part of the house! The large tanning ledge is great for placing your lounge chair to soak in the pool. No-maintenance, stained cedar shingles allow you to fully enjoy this home!
