A fantastic one bedroom with a den downtown in the Spire building. This is a western facing unit on the 37th floor with fabulous, unobstructed views of the Rockies and lower downtown. It has hardwood floor and carpet in the bedroom and closet area. All appliances have been upgraded in the kitchen and remote control blackout blinds come installed as well. The unit comes with a parking space (4th floor by the elevator) and a storage unit. Since the unit is on the 37th floor it also provides access to the Spire's Sky Club on the 42nd floor. The Sky Club is a private (top 10 floors only) hosting and lounge space for use at your leisure.
