Second floor condo in 5 condo building. 1900 building extensively refurbished and turned into condos some 20 years ago.Space is light, clean, well painted and inexpensive to heat due to location in building.In my 7 years here, I have painted thruout, carpeted, new light fixtures, new stainless stove, fridge, sink and range hood, new hot water system, new washer/ drier, refurbished bathrooms. Carpets professionally cleaned in 2014 and perfect.Condo is bright and airy and light and looks out over wooden deck thru the trees. Not gloomy in winter like other places. Deck is big enough for outside summer BBQs, dining and entertaining.Large dry basement storage lock up for each condo.Condo common areas are well maintained and condo association works well together to keep the property well maintained.Modest monthly condo fees of $200.Each condo has individual water, gas heat, gas hot water and electric.Washer drier inside condo.Fire system etc all up to code and annual City issued "Rental Dwelling Registration" always up to date. Inspector says this is the nicest condo he visits annualy.Lobby has working intercom and door buzzer, motion detector security lighting and nicely painted/ carpeted entrance.Close to popular downtown Newport area, waterfront, parks, beaches, marinas, the famous Cliffwalk, mansions etc.Rental income in summer up to $2,500/ month and $1,500 plus utes in winter. Can be sold furnished if requested as condo is set up with linens, kitchen ware, TV, cable, wifi etc for discrerning yachting and vacation rentals.No pet policy for tenants but owners allowed cats.This condo is ready to go for sale or rent as it is currently set up fully furnished.
