Thanks for all the interest in the house. I can't believe how many calls from buyers I've received, even with my horrible pictures. The house has been under contract since late March, and went after the first showing for the full price at that time. I'll remove the listing right after closing.
1960's custom mid century modern ranch in MOVE IN CONDITION. Home is set high and back off the road...... Over 7 acres of Amazing property.....Very peaceful and quiet. Built in 2 car garage plus large detached 2 car garage with matching painted cedar siding and wide roof overhangs, plus a large steel storage container with roof and matching paint color. The house has walls of glass which allow views of the mountains, property as well as passive solar heating during the day. There are three bedrooms, 2 original, near mint condition bathrooms, large living room, eat in kitchen, another room off kitchen for family room or dining family room combo. Down the stairs is a bonus room with sliders to outside, which is not counted in the total sq. ft. Original walnut kitchen cabinets with 3 year old black stone counters and newer black appliances. There are three fireplaces, central a/c, as well as central vac. New garage doors, new Roth oil tanks, new 750 foot paved driveway, 90 percent new interior paint, all overgrown dwarf trees and bushes were removed near house. This is not a new cheaply built house, but a clean older home well preserved. I can show the house starting March 29th. Please keep in mind that the house may not appraise for the sale price.
