My Notes

The search is over! This charismatic 1700 SF Craftsmen is the perfect setting for you and your family. Enter the house through the front door located under a covered porch into the open Living Room which has a gas fireplace, opens onto a screened side porch and is an ideal area for hosting guests. Connecting the Living Room and Kitchen is a naturally well lit Dining Room featuring a gorgeous arched doorway and a charming chandelier. The Kitchen features new vinyl tile (installed 2014), a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Extending off of the Kitchen is the Mud/Laundry room featuring the same matching style vinyl as the Kitchen, also newly installed in 2014. This room features a washer and a dryer, full size storage pantry and also acts as one of the four entrances. From the Kitchen, there is an open doorway connecting the spacious, naturally lit Den. Featuring a glass sliding door leading to the large back deck, two gorgeous exposed wood beams and a wood burning fireplace, this room will be a focal point of your house. Leading off of the Den is the Middle Hall. The Middle Hall acts as a connecting room for the Den, Dining Room, Living Room, Downstairs Bathroom and Bedroom - it also features two easily accessible storage closets and was previously used as a downstairs home office. The Downstairs Bathroom houses an upgraded Shower/Tub combo and full storage closet. One of the three Bedrooms is located off of the Middle Hall at the Front of the House and has a gorgeous view of the front yard. From the Living Room you can access the upstairs and the two other Bedrooms/Bathroom. Both Bedrooms feature walk-in closets and share a separate central cooling and air system than downstairs. These two Bedrooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom that connects between them.
Storage space will not be an issue in this house. Downstairs features six separate closets not including pantry space while the Upstairs features the crawl space to the attic along with the two walk-in closets.
Outside features a large spacious yard, front and back with three fully grown Oak trees, storage under the house and also under the back deck.
The house interior has been freshly painted (2014) and had new blinds installed plus touch up painting for the exterior.

What I love about the home

This house is ideal for you and your family. With East North Street Elementary, Greenville Middle School, Greenville Technical College and Bob Jones University only a short distance away, you will have easy access to your child's schools. Their education isn't the only convenience of this location, entertainment is as well. The house is located on the same street as Timmons Park and only five minutes away from Downtown Greenville and the Haywood Mall. Due to it's central location, major roads like East North Street, Wade Hampton Bvld, Pleasantburg Drive and I-385 are right around the corner. The neighborhood is safe, well kept and full of friendly folks.
