This registered historic house was built by Col. Pentland in 1926. The roof was completely redone in 2005. The large kitchen was last redone in 1994, is completely functional but would benefit from updated cabinetry. Very large formal dining room, gorgeous living room with working fireplace, sunny Florida room. Second floor has two bathrooms, two sizable bedrooms plus a large master.
Gorgeous Dade County pine floors. Screened patio with view of fountains. Separate garage with a second floor main/in-laws quarters.
Mature oaks, avocado trees, gorgeous palms, orchids, heliconias and a tall orange jessamine privacy hedge.
Neighborhood Description
Not your typical Coral Gables street, but very safe with virtually no traffic. Newly redone sidewalks. The City has recently planted dozens of oaks along the street. Minutes from Downtown Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Blue Lagoon. Convenient commute to Miami Int'l Airport and downtown Miami.
