Neighborhood Description
Mira Mar is Oceanside best over 55 park. The people here are friendly and always willing to help out. The neighbor is a mixture of row homes and some older beach cottages. Redevelopment in Oceanside has really improved the city downtown. We walk our dog outside the gates everynight at 9:00 pm.

What I love about the home

Ocean view. Watch the ship pass from your dining room. Great community, great people. Lots of community parties, dinners, garage sales and activies. Walkability. Walk to the beach everyday. Walk to get groceries. Walk to the transit center and catch the Sprinter, Coaster, Metrolink or Bus. Walk to the harbor or pier for dinner. Bike riding is excellent. San Luis River Trail, a bike lane next to the river for 10 miles. Ride the Strand, right on the beach.
