My Notes

Edit
This is a beautiful early 1900's Territory Home, officially marked by the Wagoner Historical Society. It is one and a half stories, wood frame with stone trim, and sits on a solid stone rim. It has a very large and deep porch that wraps around two sides of the house, and a small covered back porch. There is a wood burning heater that augments a dual gas central heating system. The downstairs is spacious with both a living room and a library with floor to ceiling shelves. There is a large, formal dining room, an L-shaped kitchen with eating space, and a large laundry room. The master bedroom is on the ground floor with a full bath and his and her closets. Leading off of the MB is a small sunroom that is ideal for a home office, as it has separate outside access.
The home sits on a half acre and features a detached two-car garage and two small barns. There are numerous fruit trees and berry bushes planted on the property, and large oak and sycamore trees lend their shade in the summertime.
The house is located 45 minutes from Tulsa, 35 minutes from Muskogee and 15 minutes from Ft. Gibson Lake.

What I love about the home

This is the ideal home for anyone who wants the feel of living in the country, but the convenience of living in town. It is situated on one of the prettiest corners in Wagoner. Children still walk to school here and play safely in the neighborhood. Wake up to birdsong, go to bed with stars in the sky.
