It has an updated kitchen with newer appliances and recycled paper counters (Richlite), freshly painted walls and large picture windows in the front looking out to the blooming English garden. The house is 750 sq.ft. with no basement, but the covered back deck provides additional living space. Also, a spacious 1-car garage in the back has an extra room and loft area for all your storage needs, or turn the extra room into a studio or office space. The back yard is fully fenced, and there is also a fenced-off vegetable garden plot in the rear of the yard (current and previous owners never used pesticides/herbicides on it). Could be used for pet goats, too! 1/2 block from the busline and easy access to highways. Also included: security system installed, double paned windows, cable ready and wonderful neighbors. What I love about the home

The yard and covered deck are my favorite part. The deck is like having another room and the backyard is my oasis. The neighbors say it looks like a park setting. The front yard has been fully planted with gorgeous plants that are extremely easy. I have hardly done anything to the front this spring and it looks gorgeous. I also have had zero problems with the house - it is very solid. My neighbors on either side and behind are extremely nice and it is a great neighborhood!
