What I love about the home

Fantastic kid friendly neighborhood with play area. Great neighbors and convenience with just 2 miles to huber heights shopping and amenities but with low property taxes since not inside the limits! Huge, comfortable basement, perfect for family room and man cave! Very energy efficient home as well.
