Carroll school district was rated "exemplary"; it is the largest of 27 Texas districts and charter schools that achieved the state's highest rating out of 8,061 Texas schools. It is the only school district in Tarrant County rated exemplary. There was only one other school rated this high in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.
This is a quiet, relaxing upper middle class neighborhood - Very low crime - good neighbors. The Southlake Newcomers Association is great way for women to meet and make friends with multiple activities such as Canasta, lunch bunch, movies, and various events and outings.

Major highway completed with 17 minute commute to Terminal A at DFW, even during rush hour...
