What I love about the home

INCREDIBLE FLOOR PLAN, feels like a penthouse..private view of city, sound, space needle. I love how the walls of windows make you feel like you are surrounded with light and expansive views..also the open floor plan is a dream! Great place to entertain small or large groups of friends, huge kitchen island to casually sit while you cook , full area for sit down dinner of 8-10 easily..then for the tv watching groups the open living room is comfortably off the dinning with abundant space, great super bowl party home! This by far is my favorite location in Seattle , it is the only condo in this premiere high rent financial district. Central access to everything, near Stadiums, Ferry, Medical, Retail, theater, two blocks from W hotel, Fairmount, Sazurak, near Seattle university, WAC, Amazon..on and on.. love this location, probably why it received a 98 walk score. Great i-5 access. Easy guest parking in the building, and your neighbors are not going anywhere the library is only 12 stories and the historic court house can't be built higher.
