Palm Springs, the 1980's and builders were building condo complexes with lot's of open space, why? because they could afford to as the land was almost free, especially lease land. Today? Not possible at all because of the cost of land in Palm Springs, but this is one of those rare gems with open space, tennis courts and multiple pools. Don't want lease land, then this is for you as the HOA has negotiated a buy out on this land and it can all be yours. Where can you find 16 foot ceilings, open floor plan, two bedrooms and an attached garage. In the winter you can fire up the fire place and enjoy the snow covered mountain views. Just off the golf course, far enough away to not be bothered by golfers but close enough to enjoy the open space. Call your agent to show this today.  More Less
