Neighborhood Description

Very safe for children (entire subdivision is cul-de-sac, no drive-thru traffic), stable population with only recent turnaround as older folks move to retirement villages and sell to those younger. Streets are good for walking & biking, rarely traveled by outsiders since the community has no through streets. Shopping is a breeze -- large mall and big box stores just minutes away. This subdivision just received a brand new entrance and access road linking it to a new parkway extension for fast-access to all of Savannah, enabling a 14-minute commute to its downtown, 10 minutes' drive to major hospitals, 8 to Hunter Army Airfield, and 30 to Tybee beach.

What I love about the home

Brand new, lifetime warranty Owens Corning roof; updated (fully gutted and remodeled) kitchen with brand new faucet for the deep double-basin sink and smooth-top stove.
