Wonderful cottage home conveniently located and lots of recent updates - move in ready! With quick access to 9th Ave. you are minutes to downtown, restaurants, shopping and Pensacola beach. The nearly 2000 sqft house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths receives lots of natural light from the numerous windows. Many of the original features are still intact adding to the overall charm of the property. The fireplace in the living room has a recent custom built mantel which is the focal point as you enter the home. The kitchen was completely remodeled in 2005 with high-end cabinets, quartz countertops and even a 50 bottle wine cooler - also has direct access to the laundry room with additional cabinets for a pantry and a door to the back yard. There are two 12 x 12 bedrooms on the first floor which share hall bathroom. There is a spacious spiral staircase that leads upstairs to the large 15 x15 master suite. There is a 15 x 12 sitting room at the top of the spiral staircase which can also be an office or media room. There is plenty of closet / storage space through-out the suite including four custom built closets. The master bath is spacious and features a glass shower enclosure and towel warmer. One of the first features of the property is a large heritage live oak in front of the house. There is an irrigation system to help maintain the beautiful landscaping in both the front and back yards - there is also night scape lighting. The back yard features a large open patio for entertaining and enjoying the privacy of the outdoors. The garage has a separate side for garden tools and storage. If you are looking for a wonderful spacious cottage home with lots of updates, charm and move in ready - this one should definitely be on your list to see! 

What I love about the home

It has been completely remodeled over the past 10 years: from adding a driveway, landscaping and outdoor lighting to creating a master retreat upstairs with an added dormer and great custom built features it is a very comfortable and move-in ready home.
