Newer dual-pane windows. Beautiful fenced back yard w/deck, flower beds & sunny garden space-- GREAT for entertaining during our beautiful Seattle summers! Recent updates to electrical (all knob-&-tube replaced). Detached garage.

What I love about the home

1) So close to so many great places and restaurants in the Greenlake/Phinney/Greenwood Area! It's so great to walk to the lake for paddle boarding, grabbing a drink or froyo, going for a nice run...the list goes on and on! 2) Sunrises in the morning coming over Greenlake are some of the best we've ever seen, especially in fall and spring when the sun comes up a bit later. 3) We love our little garden which is easy to maintain and the perfect mix of pretty flowers, perennials, and herbs & veggies. 4) Our neighbors are the best, especially Dane and Carrie next door! 5) Using the lower level as a spectacular master with lots of room. It stays cool in the summertime and the bathroom floor is heated in wintertime! 6) So much natural light! 7) Entertaining on the back deck! Many amazing summer parties! 8) HEATED BATHROOM FLOORS (we already miss them so much). 9) The cherry blossoms out front are so amazing in the spring!! 10) Greenlake/Phinney is a great 'hood with lots of pride from its residents - as evidenced by block parties, the well kept houses and lawns, the P-Patch, etc.
