Spacious living room with hardwood floors and gas fireplace, formal dining room with two French doors leading to separate Juliet balconies, modern updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Front and rear interior stairs lead to the second level with modern tile bath with tub and shower, three spacious bedrooms on the second level. Third level has been finished as a master bedroom suite including bathroom with glass enclosed shower. Central air was added in 2013, top of the line high efficiency heater/boiler was added in 2014. New gutters with leaf guards added in 2013. Colorful perennial gardens bring new blooms from Spring through the Fall.
