Third level has been finished as a master bedroom suite including bathroom with glass enclosed shower. Outside amenities include a new spacious screened-in porch(2014) at side entrance as well as a rear deck overlooking ample rear yard and rear and side gardens. Central air was added in 2013, top of the line high efficiency heater/boiler was added in 2014. New gutters with leaf guards added in 2013. Colorful perennial gardens bring new blooms from Spring through the Fall. Sellers have use of 'neighbors' key for accessing Morris Arboretum anytime of day/off hours. 5 Minute walk from entrance to the Wissahickon: dog walking, hiking, biking, nature at its best.
