Hello Kendall Square and MIT! This hipster upper floor one bedroom plus unit with a private roof deck, (new construction in 2004) was recently updated and offers great space for entertaining and relaxing work. The open kitchen/LR has great windows and natural light and is enhanced by a step up within the LR to a large, sweeping private deck with mature plantings. The upper level of this two level unit offers a private master suite as well as a "flex room" with space that can be utilized many ways including: office, hobby room, wine room, child or guest room. The room originally was designed for wine storage and an office (see pics) and currently includes a custom built-in desk and wall unit shelving.
