What I love about the home

A 1930's fully renovated home with 500 sq ft addition. Located blocks from Vanderbilt, Belmont and the Gulch, with finished garage or shop. ? Located in a quiet neighborhood within the Music Row/Edge Hill Village district of Nashville, it is ideal for both walking or bike enthusiasts. Custom-built cedar-shingled garden house and refurbished brick walk ways create a private, secluded courtyard for family and pets. ? Three bedrooms, two baths, two offices and/or small library. An open-style dining room and den face the large gourmet open kitchen. All windows have been replaced throughout with energy efficient units and are custom fitted with European-style solid steel security bars.
