My Notes

This home has went thru quite the transformation. The kitchen has been completely upgraded with 42 in' cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. In 2008 the house received a new architectural roof. The attic had extra insulation added which keeps utility bills very low.
Additionally, all bathrooms have been upgraded significantly with granite counter tops and a newly tiled master shower. New and very well padded carpet was added to the entire upstairs. Huge 18' x 24' composite deck for entertaining. Fenced in back yard with landscape design for maintenace. Two newly planted Autumn blaze red maples and two existing maples are on the yard. Plenty of storage in the shed, above the garage door, built in basement storage shelves & cabinets. Non-smoker owned.
Neighborhood Description
This is a wonderful neighborhood as all of our neighbors truly look out for each other and are wonderful people. They are the kind of neighbors you always want when looking for a neighborhood.

Location to Easton, access to freeways, low utility costs, fenced in back yard, open layout, great deck for entertaining.
