Pictures are coming today! Very nice well kept beach home with a lot of fabulous views. This home features soaring ceilings and hardwood floors. It has a front porch to sit and watch the sunsets and a screened in back porch to enjoy the wooded area and just hang out with the family or a quiet place to read. The master has its own bath and a huge walk in closet and there is plenty of storage in the bathroom cabinets! The guest room is a good size and has a big closet with plenty of room. The third bedroom is currently being used for an office and the owners has removed the door but one can be added back if you want one. The kitchen is open to the living area and great for entertaining family and friends. The laundry room is huge and right off the kitchen. Downstairs you will find a great little workshop area and the entire garage is enclosed and has separate rooms for extra storage. There is also a patio at the back of the home that is ground level. The yard is well landscaped and features a sprinkler system for easy maintenance. This home has some impact windows added recently and there are the upgraded storm shutters that come with the home. The screened in porch has the roll up shutter system for added security if needed during a storm. There is a community pool so you don't have to worry about keeping the pool clean.
